Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School has only one step left to win the individual championship.

Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School defeated Okcheon High School with a set score 3-1 (25-7, 25-22, 20-25, 21-25 ) and advanced to the finals. Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School, which was aiming for a shutout victory by winning the first and second sets in a row, slowed down after being hit by Okcheon High School’s counterattack in the third set, but recovered its performance in the fourth set and reached the final stage. Apposite Choi Jin-woo and outside hitter Lee Woo-jin led the attack together and spearheaded the team’s victory.

Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School put heavy pressure on Okcheon High School from the beginning and middle of the first set. In 6-4, Choi Jin-woo’s turn to serve scored eight consecutive points, virtually deciding the first set. Choi Jin-woo became the main character in the first set, immediately using the back attack after the serve.

Even after that, Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School ran without experiencing a single crisis. Choi Jin-woo and Lee Woo-jin’s performance continued to stand out. On the other hand, Okcheon High School suffered from receiving, the first button of everything, and was unable to seize the opportunity to pursue. The first set was a complete victory for Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School, 25-7.

Okcheon High School showed better performance in the second set. During the first set, Lee Woo-jin’s attack, which could not be blocked properly, was blocked by Kim Jung-hoon (MB), and the chase continued with 2-3 point intervals, creating good scenes.

Okcheon High School, which continued to pursue, narrowed the score gap to 19-20 by 1 point, tying Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School to 20 points, but it was regrettable that they lost consecutive points in the equalizer opportunity due to the lack of sub-committee and attack cover. Kyungbuk Physical Education High School barely took a breather and won the second set by making it 25-22 with Lee Woo-jin’s blocking and Choi Jin-woo’s quick open.

Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School worked hard in the beginning of the 3rd set to win the shutout. Once again, Choi Jin-woo’s turn to serve made it 8-5 and went out. However, Okcheon High School, which had no place to retreat, rallied. Mt. Geumgang (MB) turned the atmosphere around by succeeding in a 11-10 reversal with two serve goals.

Afterwards, Okcheon High School showed a stable appearance compared to the previous sets in both offense and defense, as if confidence had risen, and steadily advanced. Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School also continued to chase with Choi Jin-woo and Lee Woo-jin, but minor mistakes such as serve and net touch caught his ankle. On the other hand, Okcheon High School maintained its lead by steadily creating counterattack opportunities with its strong defensive organization. Okcheon High School succeeded in counterattacking in the 3rd set with Kim Jung-hoon scoring a blocking goal at 24-20.

The atmosphere on the court at Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School, which suffered an unexpected blow, was somewhat chaotic even at the beginning of the fourth set. Choi Jin-woo strongly protested to the referee about whether or not to touch out the blocker, but the result was not overturned even after the 4th trial agreement, and even luck did not follow.

However, as Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School entered the 10-point range, it showed its potential again. Choi Jin-Woo’s스포츠토토 blocking and Lee Woo-Jin’s two consecutive serve goals broke out one after another, leading to 13-9. Then, this time, Okcheon High School, which became impatient, showed a shaking appearance by committing net touches and offense offenses. Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School, which broke out even with Kim Ki-baek (MB)’s blocking, took the win in the middle of the set with 17-12, and Lee Woo-jin, who came from 21-16, scored 4 points in a row and finished the fourth set with 25-16. In this way, Gyeongbuk Physical Education High School advanced to the finals of the individual championships.
